Courtney plays a loving teacher in Marlyne Barrett’s short film, Haimerican. The film has been accepted for screening in the 17th edition of the 'Festival International du Film Panafricain de Cannes' from April 14th to 19th, 2020, and is in the running to receive a Dikalo Award
